At Aurora Shoe Company, we are committed to providing our customers with well-crafted shoes made by people who love what they do. Since each pair of shoes is handmade in our studio, we have a turnaround time of approximately 5-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES
Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and location of delivery. Shipping estimates can be calculated in your cart, before checkout.
For international orders, shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. International orders may also be subject to additional taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
All orders shipped via USPS are automatically insured for the first $100. However, please note that this insurance does not cover missing packages that USPS has scanned as delivered. If you're concerned about the loss or theft of your package after it has been scanned as delivered or would like to add additional insurance to your international order, please get in touch with us, and we will send you an invoice for the added cost.
Aurora Shoe Company is not responsible for orders that go missing or are stolen once scanned as delivered by USPS. If there's an issue with your delivery and if the issue is covered by insurance, we will help facilitate any applicable refund provided by the insurance coverage.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES, APO BOXES, ALASKA, HAWAII, AND US TERRITORIES
We ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories via USPS Priority Mail.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We do not offer refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. However, if there's an issue with your delivery and if the issue is covered by insurance, we will help facilitate any applicable refund provided by the insurance coverage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. (this applies to all international orders)
